I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Healthcare Administration from the University of Houston Clear Lake. I furthered my education by earning a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship Management from Texas Woman’s University.
My expertise extends to the Epic EHR system, where I am certified in Professional Billing, Hospital Billing with a Single Billing Office, Claims, Remittance, Curriculum, and Master Training Environment build. With this comprehensive knowledge and certification, I am well-equipped to provide expert guidance and solutions to improve revenue cycle processes and optimize financial outcomes.
